The trip on the whole was amazing! Before we began the heat wasnt working in our bus. There was a lot of confusion on pick ups and where we would be dropped off at! One couple had been on the bus two hours and decided to get off before we left the city and rented a car instead! Heat finally started working and off we went. Z the driver/guide was very apologetic and patient with all the complaints. I would have to say it was a little unorganized chaos! Great day sun shone down on us and stayed a little warm for the first hour at the falls! Great meal at the falls Elements restaurant upstairs overlooking the falls!

We wasted the first four hours waiting for people who booked helicopter ride, I think there should be a different bus to take them separately. We didn't get offered the Sheraton buffet, no wifi on bus. Got dropped in downtown not at hotel as stated in inclusions. Could have been a half day tour..
