Niagara Falls Platinum Tour from Toronto with Cruise and Lunch

Really enjoyed everything about the trip although not a wine lover enjoyed it couldn't have wished for more

Due to the steps taken to mitigate the spread of the COVID19 pandemic, major portions of the tour package were cancelled. There was no 3 course lunch. There was no boat ride nor the virtual boat ride in the theatre. There was no viewing of the falls from behind.

Overall great experience! Wayne, our tour guide, had a wonderful dry sense of humor and shared tons of interesting facts with some quick jokes thrown in. The stops were all appropriately timed, although we (and most everyone on the bus) could have done without the hour long stop in the downtown Niagara Falls area (not listed on the tour description) and would have preferred more than just 30 minutes at the winery.

Booked our tour the day before. Tour guide, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable as well as funny & personable. Our driver, Graham, was an excellent driver. The tour was laid back, nicely paced, and quite educational/informative. MUCH better than trying to drive to our destination (from Toronto) ourselves! Lovely experience!

All good until lunchtime, Chester our guide was not careful to repeat the meal schedule only focused on 3pm to return to the bus. So my parents and I were left without eating. Besides, he left us alone behind the waterfalls. I saw another guide who entered with his group and thanks to him I learned other things in that area. Mr. Chester is not a bad guide, but he has been doing the same for so long that he no longer practices many details. A couch "couching" the tourist

My parents and I had a great time. Both Linda and Don were really friendly and very helpful. The day was great and the falls amazing. Thank you

On of the greatest trips we’ve taken out of the country!! Thanks for all the great memories!! Our our tour guide was fantastic and he knew so much about the history of everywhere we traveled.

Fred was such a funny and informative guide. Non stop narration on the road and lovely driver Don :)

Dear Sirs We were a small group of 15 people ,so that means a very easy group to take care and plus the restaurant wasn’t full. I share my table with 2 Chinese ladies. The glasses on the table were already full. We were informed about the menu options and the plates were served on a very unprofessional way. Looks like put the plate in front of a dog. I empty my glass of water and there wasn’t a waiter to ask me if I would like some more. Very poor customer service. I wasn’t asso informed if they were any other drinks available. Dessert and coffee arrived at the same time?? Maybe Canadian way to serve it? You serve the dessert and when customers finish you will serve the coffee Very poor service again The Restaurant waiters need to upgrade their service 😜

Michael the tour guide was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The Falls were beautiful and the boat ride was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend this tour!
