    The driver was rude and aggressive. Was unhappy that the couple I was traveling with and I had an extra bag(we paid extra for it). Nothing good to say about the service.

    Although we told the shuttle service that the cruise ship docked at 6:30, they set between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. as our pickup time. We were out of the terminal and waiting by 8:45. By texting and calling, we managed to get on a shuttle at 9:30, but that was still a long wait in an open area with no shade or seating. The shuttle had inadequate provision for luggage, and we held our carry-on bags on our laps or put them in the aisle. The trip to our hotel went well otherwise.

    We were off the boat a lot earlier than anticipated and it was nice to see the Rep there .We had to wait for our driver to arrive He packed our cases into the van and we were the first off so could not have been easier

    This shuttle was good to save money on the expense of a separate cab. However, there was a little trouble locating the shuttle at the airport. Otherwise sharing resulted in monetary savings and probably a good buy for most visitors to downtown Sydney who have centrally located hotels.

    Our shuttle was waiting for us when we disembarked in Sydney Australia. The driver was very helpful and courteous. The company had a tep waiting to get people on the correct bus/van depending on which hotel or area we were going to. I would recommend this l9cal company: Sydney Shuttle through Viator

    Well, we got to our hotel fairly quickly, which was all we wanted. However, we were a bit distressed when we got off our cruise ship and started looking for our transport. We assumed the van would have the name of the provider on it, but no, all we could see were a number of white vans from various transport companies. I had to pretty much go around to a number of these until I finally caught sight of a driver waving a small piece of paper with the provider's name (sorry I forgot the name!). And the driver didn't appear to know we were coming, he had to call his dispatcher! Also, they did let us know that they were coming to get us and where to meet them, but they never confirmed a time.

    We did get off the ship earlier than expected. 8am I called and asked if they could come any earlier and they said no - at 9. At 9:20 they finally arrived. The other two in our party actually left their luggage with us and walked! When they finally came - he wanted to charge us extra for their suitcases until I clarified that we had paid for them and they didn't wait! There were tons of other taxis and shuttles - that if we had known we would never have booked this. You may want to look at another vendor.

Regrettably, we cannot modify the driver's schedule, as they have a route and itinerary they must follow for each of their clients.     Shuttle not big enough for number of people sitting with luggage on lap Late in arriving loads of other shuttles coming and going but not Go Sydney Shuttle very disappointing service.I think aviator need to look elsewhere for shuttle service

    The driver who according to the voucher should have picked us up at 9 am showed up at 9:35and informed us that we are not on his list and have to wait for the next bus that will arrive shortly. We 4 people and another couple who were waiting with us and received same response decided we will not wait on the pier for the next shutle to arrive after having waited for 35 minutes already. We hired another person who took us to our hotels in Sydney and paid twice for the same trip. Viator is expected to choose its operators more carefully and not expose us to fraud.
