  • The Scenic Seattle Panoramic Tour departs from bus stop 1 (Space Needle). This tour lasts approximately 2 hours 30 minutes. Customers should arrive 15 minutes before departure. Please note that this is not a hop-on hop-off service.

I will be writing a formal complaint to corporate. I wish your company would have told us before we bought the tickets (8 to be exact) that you were short staffed, didn’t have enough tour buses, were closing early, changing the pick up times to every hour instead of every 30 minutes. I convinced my family to pay for this tour based on my rewarding experience with the company in other cities. I was extremely embarrassed to find out how different the experience was going to be. We ended up having to walk several miles back to the Space Needle in the dark and though the rough parts of downtown Seattle with a baby because your company decided to close earlier than stated. We felt stranded and the uphill walk back was very tiring. I can’t tell you how to run your company however full disclosure to the consumer so they can choose whether or not they want to participate is always best.

We really enjoyed the tour. We would have liked to have a second person giving the tour while one person drove instead of the recording. Also, there is no real schedule for stops. No one working knows. Everything else is great.

Initially it was a great experience. A few anomaly's occurred: the links from your digital tickets and your website do not work to contact the operator. The itinerary link did not work. So we did not know where to be picked up. After a call to your customer service line we we’re finally got the pickup point near our hotel. An informative ride and you can get off and back in to continue the trip. At our last drop off point in Pioneer Square we were told that there would be. Pickup along within 25 minutes. It was almost an hour and 25 minutes! Other than those aforementioned items, it was a good ride and a way to get around this wonderful city!

The wait for the bus was too long, we waited over an hour to board at 11am. They need to start at more than one point. The first bus didn’t start until 10am at stop 1 and finished at 4pm. The seats were too close together. Narration was spasmodic. We could have taken Uber’s for less than this bus tour.

NOT handicapped friendly!!

Didn’t get to have an experience. None of the handicapped ramps worked and they refused to let us take the scooter apart and load it onto the bus. We paid for 2 day passes and were allowed to board the bus once when a supervisor was on site to insist on it. Don’t waste your money if you are handicapped.

It was a horrible experience. Theydidntpick up at not one but the 2 spots we tried to get on. I want a refund for my reservation and my sister in laws reservations. I told her to sign up because it was a great way to see city then go back to where you want to spend more time. Refund please.asap.

We could not find the bus stop at Pokes Market. It would be very helpful to have street address or map on site to locate stops. The phone number doesn't work. Employees very nice. Expensive fir what you get. First time in Seattle givrs you highlites.

Limited hours made this not a great option for the 2nd day we paid for. Starts at 10AM, last bus at 4PM. We made our own way down to Pike Place Market early Friday morning and couldn't wait until almost 11AM for the shuttle to arrive. It would be ideal to deploy buses from a couple of locations for those who have purchased multi-day passes and may be starting somewhere other than the Space Needle.

Good way to get an overview of the city. Ends too early. We left puke place market hoping to get back to the starting point in time for the last bus to get back close to our hotel. Didn’t make it but then saw one at our usual stop @520 long after it should have left the space needle then gotten there.

There were hardly any buses and it took more than 50 minutes to even have a bus pass by. Could only use it twice in the 2 days that I had it. Not good even though the bus drivers were very nice and the person I spoke to for my ticket with viator was also but it needs more buses.

The Space needle area was a fun area to go visit . There is lots to do with all the museums , the festival and space needle. It was a fun full day. I just wished the bus ran longer then 4pm.

Unfortunately there was a family emergency and we had to leave Washington abruptly. We did not get to see Seattle nor did we get a refund because we were unable to cancel in a timely manner. I understand the cancellation policy but it was an emergency and could not be avoided.
