The drivers make it fun....

The drivers make it fun. It does move very fast and can be hard to see some of what they point out but it’s an effective way to see downtown and hear a little history.

Great way to get your city bearings.

The Squares and City Market. I also loved the houses and all the info. Vi was an awesome guide. The only issue was finding the starting point because not many buildings have street numbers. The tour company on the phone was no help. We were totally frustrated getting there. Once we were there all was great.

We had the pleasure of riding with Captain Phil and Justice. Both were both superb. Each Guide gives you a different experience. Captain Phil gave us a wonderfully historical narration and Justice gave us a modern interpretation with some traveller suggestions. Definitely try out the Peach Cobbler Factory....not too far from City Market. Amazing! Hidden gem! We took two Trolley tours, different companies. This one is Orange/Green bus and the other the White Bus (not Kelley) Different experiences. Both pleasant but this tour Orange/Green is much better for Historical/Archichectural seekers. Highly recommend!

Can’t wait to return to Savannah

We had 3 tour guides for the Savannah Hop-on-Hop-off experience. Yule with the sparkling nails. He was terrific. He was so engaging and informative. He maintained my attention throughout the ride. His voice is comforting and upbeat. Justice was another amazing guide. She was so sweet and funny. What I love most about these two guides was the excitement and the joy they show when doing their job. It did not feel like work. I felt Iike I was touring the city with old friends. It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend the hop-on-hop-off to both old and young tourists!

Great way to see the whole city

Drivers were very knowledgeable and each gave their own flavor to the conversation. It was rainy during our visit and the trolley was a perfect way to get around and minimize getting drenched. Highlighted all the places we wanted to see and some we learned about that we would not have otherwise known. Sounded touristy at first but would recommend!

Trolley your terrific, online chat feature is not
Cheryl_M
, Jun 2022
The bus drivers were great, very informative and personable. The beginning of our trip was rocky. I used the “text us/live chat” feature as we seemed to be in a spot that needed another trolley (there were 15-20 of us waiting). The chat feature with Heathyr told us to call the phone number. So I did…. And it went to voicemail… and then online Heathyr disappeared… we waited for three more trollies to come before there was room to get on one.

The best time with my grandchildren. I thought they’d be scared and we’d have to leave, but quite the opposite. They were up front and center with our tour guide engrossed in all his stories.

Disappointed
Sammi_B
, Jun 2022
Only reason I gave three stars is because it was a nice was to travel around the city. First tour guide was awful, very little info, got distracted in the middle of a story, etc. Second one was much better but still very brief stories. We did one an San Antonio and it was full of history and great/funny stories. I would say if it was 20 bucks it may be worth it.

Got lost trying to find where to get on the trolley and called the main line and the person answering the phone had no clue where to tell me to go. Trolleys we’re packed and not frequent enough.
