Paddleboard Santa Barbara, making your way to Leadbetter Beach at the selected time. Meet your paddleboard instructor here near Shoreline Park, then slip on your provided wetsuit and carry your paddleboard to the sandy shore for your 1.5-hour stand-up paddleboard (SUP) lesson.

If you’re a beginner, you’ll learn to pop up on your board and practice proper paddling techniques before you head out onto the water. Your instructor tailors the lesson for more experienced paddlers, ensuring a great experience for all.

Paddle along at your own pace over calm waters in Santa Barbara Harbor and follow the shoreline while your guide accompanies the group and offers tips for balancing and turning the stable and sturdy paddleboard.

Keep an eye out for seals and possibly dolphins that swim past as you soak up the scenery of the Santa Barbara coastline.

If you’re up for the challenge, your guide can take you to the surf break for some extra fun and exercise before you return to shore.

We had a fantastic lesson with Ryan and Christine. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. By the end of the lesson, we were very confident novice paddle-boarders. Highly recommend this team!

Excellent experience. Emily gave us thorough instructions. My wife and I were both paddleboarding in no time. The view of Santa Barbara from out on the water was spectacular.
