A great time drinking wine, surrounded by magnificent scenery.

We thoroughly enjoyed our hop on hop off wine tour. A chance to taste wine at lots of vineyards without needing to worry about having a designated driver.

    Great Experience
    , Mar 2020
Even though it was raining during our entire wine tour, my husband and I really enjoyed our experience! We did the full day tour, which allowed for us to make six stops (you can stop more or fewer times depending on how long you stay at each stop). Also, due to the rain, the bus was never full and there was never a wait for the wine tastings. I'd highly recommend this tour, rain or shine!
    Worth the money

    Simply fab

We had a really lovely and chilled out day on the hop on hop off bus. The weather was terrible but it didn’t dampen our spirits. We booked in for lunch at Kinross and it didn’t disappoint- the food was awesome and well priced. We stopped at: Akarua wines - fantastic reception and the wine was fab. Armisfield - we didn’t rate the wine or the pretentious service we were somewhat offered by the male staff member. I wouldn’t bother with this one if I were to recommend and others in the tour said the same. Cargo Brewery - very welcoming and laid back place. Loved the wine paddle and the trio wine was Devine! Gibbston valley winery/cheese: Had the wine paddle again but wasn’t the best of the day for us. We went back to Wet jacket ourselves the next day and had a great time and went for lunch to Cargo Wines which was amazing. All in all it was great value for money and we had a ball. The driver Jim was great and dropped us closer to home as we were the last in the bus and it was raining sideways. He was very knowledgeable and nothing was a drama. Loved it!!!
