Terrible, dishonest company

Very dishonest company. When I booked the transportation, there is no indication of expected pickup time. They did not ask for my departure flight time and did not ask for desired pickup time. They texted me the night before telling me that I needed to be ready by 830am for an 11am flight. As I already had made a doctor's appointment in the morning, I asked instead to be picked up at 9. The taxi driver would not budge, so I said to cancel the trip (see screenshot). I submitted a refund through Viator the following day, and when they reached out, the company told Viator that they had showed up to my hotel at 830am and waited until 9:05, which is just a complete lie. I actually ended up returning to my hotel at 8:45am and there was certainly no taxi waiting out front. There was certainly no call or text from the taxi driver telling me they had arrived and were waiting -- probably because they actually did NOT show up and are now lying about it. Anyway I ended up taking a hotel taxi that left at 9:20am, arrived at the airport at 945am, and still had about an hour to kill before my flight. It's a small airport so the insistence that I be there 2 hours before my flight departure was silly, and it was more insane that they would not budge even 30 minutes, and even more insane that they actually lied about it. Avoid this. There are cheaper options in town that will give you more flexibility. Arrange through your hotel instead if you can.

Hi Dylan, We are so sorry about that. We text passengers for the timing pickup a day before, because sometimes the airlines are changing the schedule and in this case we have to adjust the pickup schedule. In Mexico the passengers has to be at the airport 2 hours before a national flight and 3 hours before a international flight, and we have to respect these rules that are the same for all the airport sizes. Your transfer was shared, means that other people were in the van going to the same airport, and was not possible to change the pickup schedule. Our transportation have a tracking GPS system, and you can see on the screen capture that we send you, the transportation Van was in front of your hotel until 9h16 AM. When someone is not coming out, always the operator takes a picture of the transportation front of the hotel place, that you can see on the picture that we sent you with the answer on Viator site. The van starts to move at 9h16 because other passenger were in, and had to take a flight. Best Regards.
