Hector might be the best guide we have ever had in our long traveling careers. He is delightful, frank, knowledgable, and as genuinely friendly as they come. Few guides will share a meal with his/her customers, but Hector was enthusiastic about it, allowing us to get into even greater understanding.

Excellent tour with Juan from start to finish. Because we were staying near the Tulum ruins we started there. Very informative information. Continued to Cobá to climb to the top of the temple and see the spectacular views. We did the two person sitting bike so we could really take in the views along the way as our guide described structures, plants and animals. Last stop at a small beautiful restaurant, chose to sit upstairs for viewing and nice breeze. Our food was delicious as was the host. We tried Mexican Coke in the bottle so good with lunch. We had toured Cobá before and this time brought friends from England we live in Minnesota.

So glad we booked this private tour, it truly enhanced our experience. Our guide, Juan, was friendly and well informed. He was able to answer our many and varied questions. He had further illustrations to show which helped to clarify what we were looking at. The vehicle was good and the driver made our journey comfortable.

This was a great excursion! It was exactly as described. Juan was a wonderful tour guide. The private tour and van were great. Getting to Tulum first thing in the morning meant that we beat the crowds and the heat. We had pictures with no one else in the background. The bike rental at Coba and climbing the pyramid were memorable experiences as well, and it was seamless and easy, with Juan as our guide! Lunch was at a real mom and pop restaurant near Coba, a place we'd never venture to on our own, but the food was good and the bathrooms clean. I highly recommend this excursion!
