Far more than I ever expected. This tour is a must when visiting Pittsburgh.

George was amazing. He was so personable and the amount of information was unbelievable. This was our first private tour, and it may have spoiled us forever.I suspect we will be looking for similar tours whenever we visit a new city. Not only did George offer a detailed oral history of Pittsburgh, his comments were accompanied by maps and pictures and diagrams that were present in a thick binder….George would simply instruct me when to flip the page. It was brilliant.

I really appreciate your detailed comments on the presentation, Heidi. I'm glad the "visual aids" were helpful and that I exceeded your expectations. Thank you for the review and for letting me introduce you to the Steel and Electric Valleys..

This was a great tour and George shared so many things about Pittsburgh and the steel industry that I had never heard of. Had no idea of the impact this city has had on the country and the world from it founding. George had handouts and we visited sites that were so fascinating.

George was a great tour guide. It wasn’t until near the end of our two hours with him that I realized we actually weren’t being taken on the steel tour we signed up for. Instead, we saw and rode the Duquesne Incline, and George showed us all around downtown and had great info to share. We found all the steel-related sites on our own the next day, So all’s we’ll that ends well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The tour guide could not have been better. He was both funny and knowledgeable. He was very personable and did a good job of establishing a rapport with people on the tour. Rick

George was fantastic. I was born in Pittsburgh and lived here most of my life and never knew about the people who worked in the Steel Mills.where they came from and how and where they lived I also was amazed to see how Pittsburgh is the center for driverless car’s and the hidden city they built for their training grounds It was a pleasure to spend the morning with George and his love of our city

And it was a pleasure spending the morning with you and your crew, Sid. I hope we're not in trouble for exposing the "hidden city". Thank you for the review and for letting me update you on your old hometown.

This is a private tour with George. He is outstanding! Very knowledgeable and experienced. I realize the cost may be a little more than you will pay elsewhere, but it is truly worth the cost.
