The tour was friendly and amazing. She was very passionate about the history and art which made it all the better. This tour takes you into the lessor travelled neighborhood around the leaning tower as well as the historical sites in the field of miracles. Highly recommend specially for teenagers because is meant to be for small groups. We were very fortune ant it was only the tour guide and us, in addition she was so knowledgeable that was able to answered all our questions and kept the teenagers engaged and interested.

Our guide was very good and full of great information about the field of miracles and the immediate surrounding area. This tour takes you into the lessor travelled neighborhood around the leaning tower as well as the historical sites in the field of miracles. The time between the end of the tour and the tower climb was only 15 minutes. I think a little more time would have been better as we missed our time due to waiting in line to drop off our bag (no bags of any kind allowed into the tower) and unclear directions at the tower line. This was no fault of our guide, but could've gone more smoothly

This was our favorite tour of our entire Italy trip! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. She was very easy to understand unlike some of the other tours we went on who had guides that while they spoke fluent English had very thick accents that made it difficult to understand them at times. This tour guide was so easy to understand and offered us lots of tips and answered all of our questions. I'd highly recommend this tour company! We had teens with us but also small children and she kept all of their attention!

Die Tour war super informativ ohne langweilig zu sein, allle Fragen wurden geklärt und einen netten Tipp zum Essen gehen gab es auch noch. Pisa hat soviel zubieten was wir ohne diese Tour nicht erfahren hätten. Ungebingt machen! Danke an Anastasia

All'ora prestabilita Anastasia, la nostra guida, era sul posto e ci aspettava. Eravamo un piccolo gruppo di quattro persone.
Anastasia è stata molto simpatica e competente. Abbiamo cominciato la nostra guida dalla piazza dei Miracoli, dove ci ha illustrato i varii monumenti e la loro storia in modo molto piacevole, raccontandoci anche le storie rappresentate sulle loro faciate, abbiamo anche visistato la cattedrale nel suo interno e ci ha dato delle informazioni dettagliate sulla Torre Pendente. A questo punto due degli ospiti, i quali avevano scelto di fare solo la visita della piazza dei Miracoli ci hanno lasciato e noi abbiamo continuato il nostro percorso camminando attraverso Pisa e scoprendo attraverso i racconti di Anastasia questa magnifica città. E' stato molto piacevole, Anastasia è una bravissima guida molto comunicativa e conosce bene ogni angolo della città.

Sur la réservation c était noté visite 12h30 mais quand on est arrivé à l heure du rdv l heure avait changé la guide à fait tout son possible mais rien n y a fait la visite en français était à 14h45. Nous avions fait un circuit donc impossible d attendre 2h surtout qu il n y a rien sur place. Je ferai selon les recommandations de la guide une plainte en rentrant

La visite qu'ils ont réservée était à 14h45, quand ils ont réservé, ils ne pouvaient le faire qu'à 14h45. Sur le bon, il était indiqué que la visite était à 14h45, l'option de visite s'appelait "Français avec la tour à 14h45", sur le bon, il était également indiqué que la visite avait commencé en français à 14h45. Ce n'est qu'à la fin que le bon a été écrit une fois 12h30 en raison d'une erreur Viator, pas la nôtre.
Malgré le fait qu'à 4 reprises ils aient écrit 14h45, tu t'es présenté à 12h30. S'ils avaient des doutes, ils auraient pu demander, ce qu'ils n'ont pas fait.
Dire qu'il n'y a rien à voir à PISA est pour le moins une ignorance puisqu'il s'agit d'un site du patrimoine mondial.
On leur a proposé d'annuler et de rembourser l'argent, ce que vous n'avez pas fait, vous pouvez donc laisser un commentaire négatif. Ce qui n'aurait pas été possible en demandant l'annulation de la tournée.
L'erreur a été Viator et vous avez décidé de nous accuser que nous ne sommes pas à blâmer.
La prochaine fois que vous réservez une visite à 14h45, présentez-vous à 14h45.
