Learn from your guide about the Marlborough wine region, which is renowned throughout New Zealand and the world. At each winery, the host presents an informative wine tasting experience with tastings of a range of red and white wines.

Enjoy tastings at two wineries before stopping at a third winery for a tasting and lunch at the winery restaurant (own expense). In the afternoon, you'll visit three to four more wineries, depending on the time.

Wrap up your day with a visit to a gourmet chocolate factory that includes samples of their fine chocolates. Your tour ends with return to your accommodation in Picton.

Peter was a great guide and we had a lovely day with our group of travelers. I was worried the full day might be too much, but it went so quickly so I'm glad we did the full day. Each winery has their own unique story and expert leading your tasting. Go in with an open mind and you'll have a great time. Hotel pickup and drop off was incredibly convenient.

Wonderful Winter Wine Tour

We were picked up from our accommodation in Picton. Our guide for the day was bubbly friendly and chatty. We picked another group in Blenheim from the holiday home they were staying at. Such a great service ensuring no driving required. We had a fantastic day exploring 6 wineries and sampling chocolate from the wonderful chocolate shop. Lunch was Devine. All the wines were wonderful and the knowledge of our driver and the staff at each winery very impressive and helped us make our choices. As a group we all mixed well and my Partner Nigel was the only Male with 6 females he copped very well. We had lots of laughs and a fun wine filled day. They get a 10 out of 10 from me.
