The experience was amazing. The information about meeting point was confusing and made it a bit stressful but the guide was very good and it was an overall good experience.

Lucky the tour guide was nice

Wasn’t given clear instructions were to meet, asked the people at the lines of the Louvre who sent us on a 20min wild goose chase, even sent a message on the app which got ignored…. We would of missed going if my girlfriend didn’t speak French to the customer service, they tried to tell us cos we wasn’t there we had to miss it but we met another 2 couples who had the same issue as us. They told us cos we wasn’t at the right spot we missed it then my girlfriend managed to get us on a Spanish tour…. Lucky she could understand a bit of Spanish otherwise it would of been a waste of £150. The only reason it got a 3 star was because the next tour guide let us on and was really good at what he did

Not well organised !

Was not able to meet the guide at entry point which was a very unclear location. Had to enter the museum on our own and buy tickets again. Was then refused a refund which I find very unprofessional!

The smaller the group the more attractions your will see and learn about.

Even crowded on a Saturday AM the Louvre is great. "Skip the line" provides just that and a very knowledgeable guide. You move at her pace and see valuable works. The major attractions are crowded and to get a picture requires patience. You can break-out on your own at any time but should in with your guide as a courtesy.

Great tour guide, easy to understand, great knowledge. Really worth it. So much better than trying to navigate the Louvre by yourself when it’s so crowded.

Disappointed in the tour...

Disappointed in the tour as our tour guide spent way too long talking at each exhibit Would have liked to have seen more portraits - the tour was over after the Mona Lisa.

Tour were not satisfactory.

First finding Viator were difficult, since there were no sign with a company logo or writing. We were not pleasantly surprised about the numbers of people being showed around. In our opinion way to many. The sound of the guide were very hard to hear, because of the bad quality of the earpiece and receivers. The massive attendance of guests in Louvre, keeping together on the group were difficult and kept us from getting information about the individual peace’s of art we were viewing. The guides English were not sufficient, since she spoke with a heavy accent. We left the tour quickly, and quite frankly the only thing we got out of the tour were the time we saved from not standing in a long line.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, entertaining and caring. He made sure that we all heard him, understood the tour and was very kind to those needing extra assistance navigating the stairs in the museum.

Wonderful Tour

Our guide got a lot of interesting information and facts across to us in a relatively short time and the choice of works shown to us was impressive and showed a particularly sensitive passion for the art.
