Driving through Joshua Tree national park

The narrative was good but the maps portion of the tour did not work. A few exhibits like Ouster bar and Hall of horrors were not mentioned.

So glad you enjoyed the tour! There’s so much to see at Joshua Tree (and some really thrilling history!) that we chose to skip specifically mentioning a few pull-offs - especially if the views weren’t “new”. (Though of course everything at the park is wonderful!) We’ll certainly take your notes into account for the next update.

Joshua Tree NP Highlights

A wonderful tool to explore Joshua Tree NP. Lots of highlights of the history, landscape, flora and fauna. Self paced and easy to use. We set it up prior to going to the park as there is limited wi-fi near and in the park. Definitely worth the price!!

Very disappointed.

I put in the address as shown in the confirmation and the GPS started us at the visitor center which by the audio tour is at the end of the tour. We had to try to work the audio backwards with great difficulty. We tried listening to the narrative for the general information but many of them ended before the speaker was finished. There should be an option at the beginning to select which entrance you are using. The whole thing was very frustrating and would like a refund. Thank You

I’m sorry about your experience! It sounds like it was “backward”, basically starting at the end and going to the beginning. Right now the tour is one-direction-only, starting at the Joshua Tree Visitor Center (not Oasis or Cottonwood) but we are planning to add those routes soon. Since you went backward, the audios would have all started AFTER you passed the point of interest which must have been quite frustrating. We would be more than happy to refund you given that your experience wasn’t great. Could you email to get the process started?

The hotel followed safety precautions. They delivered needed items such as towels quickly. The hotel is walking distance to downtown.
