Owned by cookbook author Heinz von Holzen, Bumbu Bali is one of the island’s original and best-regarded cooking schools. After breakfast and a local market visit, learn how to cook Balinese food from professional chefs at a fully equipped station, then savor the fresh flavors of the dishes you’ve prepared over lunch. The half-day class includes door-to-door round-trip transfers from Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua.
