This was my second time around with this tour. It was phenomenal. I had a friend come with me and wanted him to experience the same that I did in the past. He thoroughly enjoyed it.

The tour was first rate. Our guide, Harris, was excellent. The tour covered a lot of territory and was informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
Wonderful way to see the city

Highly recommend electric bike as it takes really 8 h with little breaks. Prefer to have own lunch at Santa Monica. Lunch arranged (though paid on own) was mediocre. Tour guide Riley was excellent and knowledgeable.

Fun but imho not worth the price

I really enjoyed the tour as you get to experience Los Angeles from a very different perspective and in the end of the day you really feel like you have done something. But honestly in the end you cruise a bit through Beverly Hills and then go down to Santa Monica and Venice Beach (the way back is along a chanal which is not very interesting) so I wouldnt pay that kind of price for the tour again. For 60-80 bucks (30 for the bikes and the rest for the tour) i would feel its fine but so it was overpriced in my opinion.

First, we want to first thank you for saying you really enjoyed the tour. You really do get to experience Los Angeles from an up close and personal perspective that you’re not going to get on a tour bus… especially because we can bike into areas where the tour buses aren’t allowed to go. And you accomplished a ton by riding 32 miles through a city people around the world dream of visiting, way to go! It sounds like you generally enjoyed the experience beyond the price. While we understand that you felt that it wasn’t worth the price, you should look at it from the perspective of what is offered: you're spending over 6 hours on one of our well-maintained high-end city bikes (retail value = $650), with a CPR/first aid certified local guide looking out for your safety who is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire city, providing very up close and personal attention to the small group of people doing the experience... That is an incredible value for that amount of time and personal attention. Thanks for the feeback, and we hope you enjoyed the rest your time in LA!
Great LA Ride
, Aug 2019
Wd did the 30 mile full day trip with George and he was an excellent guide. We enjoyed seeing all the sites and learning about LA in a unique way. Be ready for some hills! But the ride back is very flat. I highly suggest taking this trip if you want to explore Los Angeles at 12 MPH~
Lot of fun and very informative

You'll see LA in a way you cannot any other way. The low speed allows you plenty of time to look around. I only wish we all had more time to ride and talk about the historical aspects (there are plenty). Eric is very knowledgeable and a great fun companion. After having done this, I recommend you take the e-bike. Compared to a cyclist on a regular self-powered bike, all the others will literally have superhuman strength.
Excellent Staff Good experiences for my kids twins 7 and an 11 year ol

Kris took my 3 kids 7 7 (twin boys) and an 11 year old girl And took them from kids who only learned to ride the day before to experieced and competent bike riders. They made over 20 miles. Myself the 76 year old father tagged along over 20 Miles without succoming to car traffic

Highly recommended but this is definitely not for those who are less athletic as Los Angeles itself is quite hilly and it won't be your usual bike tour on flat plains. You can still go ahead and try if you're not as athletic but bear in mind that this is a group activity and you'll be slowing down your tour mates probably not a huge issue if they are nice but it's something for you to consider. I especially enjoyed the lunch break at the beach.

This bike tour is a great way to see what LA has to offer. The itinerary packs in a lot and for me was a great introduction to my 4-day visit to the city. The bikes are great and in Max we had a superb guide. A particular highlight for me was the ride along the beachfront boardwalk past Santa Monica pier and Venice beach. It was a Sunday and hot so the people were out, some very interesting sights! Highly recommend.

This tour was wonderful, and our tour guide Taylor was excellent! If you love biking, are a true explorer, and are ready for 6 hours and like at least 1600 calories worth of exercise then do this tour!! Seriously, it's long--and did you know Beverly Hills is called that because it actually has, like, hills? This was a fact I did not know before my tour, but now I know a lot more about Beverly Hills and many other neighbourhoods and areas of LA! Humour aside, this was truly a great way to see tonssss of LA in just one day. This was part of a four day trip for me, and without this tour I wouldn't know how large and diverse this city truly is. As someone who really loves to get a feel for the area when I travel, this was a wonderful way to see many sights--classic rock star hangouts, Bel Air mansions, Santa Monica Pier, Muscle Beach, Venice canals, Marina Del Rey, Culver City Studios, just to name a few--and check out a real variety of neighbourhoods and start to see how they all make up this sprawling city. Taylor kept a reasonable pace the whole 6 hours which ensured we all got to the end. He was extremely kind and informative--a local with plenty of great points beyond the touristy stuff. Great way to ditch the car and see LA at a different pace!
