Not the best experience
Shelley_R
, Jul 2021
The check in process was good. It was the experience after...the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than paying attention to first users. The staff does not follow through on what they say the rules of the track are supposed to be. The face guard on the helmets were so scratched up it was difficult to see through them. It seemed that the more experienced drivers were continually bumping into less experienced drivers with no comment from track staff. The cars are definitely not friendly or really fitted for larger framed participants. For a first time participant, it was an okay experience. But definitely one that I will NOT be back to this place.

Shelley, sorry to hear that your experience wasn't all that you expected. I'm at your service if you want to resolve any issues or allow me to fix anything. I'm wondering if you spoke with a manager on duty about any issues as we always have a team member on site to resolve immediately. I'm at your service if you like: brad@PolePositionRaceway.com

The quality of the people really makes this place trash. The place is already old and dingy it doesn’t need wanna be racers being a holes on track. Go on a slow day if you must.

I'd really like to understand what happened, when you came and if this is a real review or a bitter ex employee??? If you honestly had a bad experience, I will make it right. brad@PolePositionRaceway.com

Everything I Expected!

It was not a bad experience at this place. We were greeted quickly then waited for our turn to go on the karts. The instructional video was clear and explained the rules. There were people of all ages riding the karts so that change the tempo of the race you're in. Overall recommend to those who want to try something new

WASTE OF MONEY
Dustin_S
, Jun 2021
A huge waste of your time! The employees over the actual gokarts have no idea who’s supposed to go next and their display of organization and as absolutely terrible. I can’t think of a single other thing they could do wrong. They were standing around texting so much we had several people that were stuck behind people that should have been waved the flag to slow down and let someone around. However, because they weren’t paying attention, we had to keep running back and forth to the front desk trying to get them to get our group of 5 all on the same race together. It’s also important to note that they ripped me off for $500. I told to make a second booking with our group all in one, and that we all had to be there and ready at the same time. I was told to cancel the first order (with our group on 2 tickets) and request a refund, as a duplicate booking, and I would receive a refund. I filed for this refund, just as instructed by them, and their first reply was: “We are not able to issue a refund as refund request was received after race reservation time. Spots were held for this booking and we were not able to sell to another customer” TOTAL RIPOFF

Dustin - your comments and review are very disturbing to say the least. I've been in business more than 13 years and have never ripped off a single person. Never! I would also like to pull up the camera footage to verify if indeed any of my employees were texting in front of customers as this is grounds for termination in my business. I will get to the bottom of this and I will make things right by you if you give me the chance. Please email me directly to brad@PolePositionRaceway.com or you may call my office direct at 702-263-3101. Thank you!

Poor ownership/management practices
CheyM
, May 2021
It would have been 5 stars had your company not penalized people for going through a third party site that you gave your blessing they support you. Shameful. I booked a 2:00 on the site and when I got there they said they don’t honor appointment times through a third party site and it would be 2 hours or longer. Here’s an idea. If it’s impacting client experience then don’t allow the site to sell tickets then your associates aren’t penalized for your poor business practices because the employees aren’t the problem the owners/business managers are. They were professional and polite. While we were there they were yelled at because of a site you authorized, by no less than 3 clients during our 2 and a half hour wait past our appointment time. Someone high up clearly doesn’t give a damn about their employees and it shows. You can tell this is a common issue. Drop the site or honor it, it’s that simple.
