The grand canyons are nice to look at but not worth a helicopter ride…driving to a peak and looking at a peak for 15 minutes will do the same job!!!

We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us and hope you at least enjoyed your time in the Canyon.

Worst company ever!!!! I was very excited for this tour, I book it over a week in advance and the day before of the tour I called to confirm the pick ip and they tell me that they had to CANCEL the tour, without a previous notification or at least a rescheduled. I obviously asked for a refund since i had it paid off and 2 weeks after im still waiting for my money.

Not exactly as advertised,no limo, not 90 min flight
LBM

What Viator shows for information is not exactly what we experienced. We stayed at a hotel in Las Vegas and signed up for the Las Vegas departure. We were picked up in a short bus (not a limousine as stated on Viator's website). We were shuttled 30+ minutes to the Boulder City airport. Where we waited approximately an hour before we were loaded into the helicopter. There were no amenities at the airport, it looked like they had a closed concession stand. The people that were also picked up at the other hotels in Las Vegas were the people we ended up being in the helicopter with (6 passengers + 1 pilot) The ride itself was enjoyable. Everyone wore over-the-ear headphones because of the noise of the helicopter, which ended up making for a more enjoyable ride because we didn't have to listen to the other talkative groups on the helicopter. There is not much for air conditioning in a helicopter so it was pretty warm inside. The pilot was very friendly and played music through our earphones when he wasn't mentioning different things to look at. If you sit in the back (2nd row) of the helicopter your view is mostly out one of the side windows because the front is obscured by the seats ahead of you and the window on the top of the helicopter was not clear enough to see out of. There are 4 seats in the back so the 2 people in the middle were not able to get much for unobstructed photos. The ride was about an hour (definitely not the 90 mins for the Las Vegas departure that our ticket shows). After the ride we were shuttled the 30+ min ride to our hotel in Las Vegas. If this business wants satisfied customers they need to update or clarify the details of the trip. To me it seems like false advertising to have a receipt that shows we payed for a Las Vegas departure, did not get a limousine ride, nor were we in the air for the 90 minutes.

Helicopter trip to the Grand Canyon
Kim_W
, May 2021
The helicopter ride over the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon was awesome! Chris, our pilot, was so nice and informative about the areas we were flying over. It was a nice little stop down in the Grand Canyon to take pictures and have a glass of champagne and some healthy snacks. This beats driving any day and is well worth the money.
