The password to access the guided tour was never sent; I even reached out to the developer and yet still received no response. Disputing the charge with my bank.

This is quite a strange predicament. Our system confirms that you booked the tour for April 20th and that both the text message and email were sent within a few minutes. The system also shows that the tour password was redeemed at 5:07 pm. If you could email us, we’d be more than happy to work with you to get to the bottom of the issue.
