Excellent English speaking guide and audio equipment meany everything could be heard clearly. The tour was well organised and paced perfectly for our group. We had enough time to take photographs (no flash) and take in the atmosphere created by this exhibition of life in the Polish Ghetto. I would recommend this tour as an essential part of any visit to Krakow

wow where do I begin. the tour lady basically walked us through the history book. she shared a lot of stories including personal ones. we were so amazed with the history. if the museum did not close at 6, I'm sure we would be in the museum longer. everyone in the tour was impressed and we even talked more in front of the museum after closing. will definitely recommend this tour to others.

Even I were the only one in the tour as the other people had problem and didn't come. But the lady tour guide was still very informative and showed me everything of the factory in a full length. Join the tour it does skip the line of waiting
