Good to know !!! The price paid on Viator is for the guide only. We then had to pay for entry ticket on top - most unfair. Good to know!!! The museum us not about Schindler but the story of Krakow 1939-45. Schindler does feature but a small part. Lots of photos and interesting information about Krakow during the war and the fact that for the Poles VE day dud not come in 1945 and took another 44 years to be a free nation.

Guide was very Knowledgeable but seemed tainted but to remind us that Oskar Schindler was not a good man. I really just expected history of which she brilliantly illuminated.

Do not come here expecting it just to be about Schindler or you'll be disappointed. It was so much better. Our guide (Jerry) had incredible knowledge and could answer the questions we had. In England we learn very little about the Polish perspective of the war and this ticked every box about what we wanted to know - we learnt so much more than we thought we would. It says the tour lasts about an hour and a half and ours lasted over two hours. It may feel you don't get time to read anything on the walls, but we learnt when we went back through, our guide had covered everything in the museum. A guide is a must if you're to get the full experience here. There is also a lovely cafe across the road at a good price.

Absolutely fabulous tour. Very interesting. If anything, the time was too short. Very good guide. We were the last tory so had to rush our of the place at 6.00pm.

I did expect to see the actual factory, but it no longer exists. Everything was staged, but there were some authentic memorabilia from the War. Very good info regarding the beginning of WW II and Germanys invasion of Poland. Disappointed I didn’t get to see the actual factory.

Our tour guide was brilliant- without her historical knowledge we would have walked around just looking- she was very knowledgeable and made the experience. Worth noting that you have to pay for a museum ticket when there alongside the tour guide price as this was in the small print. Would recommend with the guide. More about the history of Poland ect and a little about Schindler

So glad we booked a guided tour she was very informative and knowledgable. The museum was very interesting but more about the history of Krakow than Oscar Schindler but still fascinating. I would recommend a guided tour to everyone. The only downside was it wasn't very clear that it didn't include admission price to the museum.

This tour is a must . Our guide knew how to bring the facts to life and added a rich understanding of what life was like for people in Krakow after Germany and Russia invaded at the beginning of WW2. His passion and flair held everyone's attention for nearly two hours.
