Firstly . There was noone there to pick us from the aeroport. Quite daunting in a strange country. We managed to het a different taxi. We then agreed to transfer the pre paid journey on to our return journey to the aeroport. The driver was late 20 minutes which meant he had drive erratically to het us there on time..

Comfortable transfer from krk to our hotel in city centre with a van. Recommended for more luxurious transfers or when having bulky luggage. However, the driver was late for 20', so he almost missed us: we were almost getting a taxi. We called the agency but nobody was replying, as the flight arrived a bit before midnight.

I was met by the very professional driver as soon as I left the baggage claim area. He was standing right outside the door from bagage claim area holding a sign with my name. Fantastic service. We were delayed by an hour flying out then held on the tarmac at krakow due to Covid-19 driver was waiting for us when we go to arrivals. Safe and comfortable journey to the hotel. Then when polish borders shut and we had to get to airport earlier that expected. A quick message and they were there to pick us up. I would 100% recommend this transfer company and will definitely use them again in the future.
