They cancelled trip 14hours before with out issuing refund
Kelsey

I got a email at 6pm the night before my trip telling me to cancel my trip no other information. When I went to cancel it said I would not get a refund. I have emailed the company multiple times for my refund and they have completely ignored me. I flew all the way to Poland from the Uk for them to cancel 14hours before the trip with out refund!! I would appreciate the company getting in touch and issuing my refund

Sobering and emotional, but very worthwhile

Had ordered the tour including a hotel pick-up and was picked up within 5 minutes of the advertised time. Minivan was new and clean. Driver spoke excellent English and was extremely courteous. Arriving at Auschwitz we had to wait in line for the security check and identification check. This was the same for all visitors, be it groups or individuals, and nothing that the tour organizer coould have changed or done better. Touring the camps was very sobering and emotional, but absolutely worthwhile, and this is highly recommended. After the tours had finished, we were promptly met by our driver. Even though the tour description says that all participants will be dropped off in a single spot in the city center, the drive back to Krakow took us directly past our hotel (Novotel Krakow Centre) and our driver of course dropped us off at the doorstep of the hotel. We would not hesitate to book a similar tour on a future visit to Krakow, as everything worked flawlessly and turned out to be exactly as advertised or better.

So disappointing

The driver was sullen, totally unhelpful, did not wear a mask, texted while he drove. Our group of 7 in the van were merged into a group of 30 when we arrived at Auschwitz. It was not clear to me upon booking that the driver would not be our guide. Our guide at Auschwitz/Birkenau was very soft-spoken; on the first part at Auschwitz the microphones helped. On the second part in Birkenau I could not hear him at all, as the group was so large and I stood back because of physical distancing. At one point, I had to ask the guide of another group of 30 not to enter the building my group was in before we cleared out. I do not think this is my job as a tourist to monitor Covid regulations.. I have used Viator before in many places around the world, almost always positive...it is not clear to me at all what the value-add was to using Viator for this experience.

Absolutely incredible, our tour guide Aggie was brilliant, she was so emotional and very knowledgeable. It’s a long day so take snacks for the coach and September was freezing so definitely need a coat and hat!

Great service delivered by this group, good communication, we were informed of our pick up time the night before and were picked up at our hotel and met by the guide Martin. He spoke good English and was very informative on the bus telling us about the sights and buildings we were driving past. The transport was clean and comfortable. When we arrived Martin showed us our meeting point give us time frames for meeting back etc. It was very easy and hassle free from start to finish. Would highly recommend to those looking at booking trips here.
