Looking at two tons of human hair. I’ve read about this part of history all my life but nothing is like seeing. I could not take photos. It seemed disrespectful.

I know alot of Auschwitz already, but there gives you the creepy feeling what really happened there. The driver was friendly and helpfull. Only after the tour, would nice to have a view minutes to look at rhe shop at Birkenau.

Bart, our tour guide was amazing! He well well educated, and even had personal stories to tell of his Grandmother. Tour felt rushed though, we didn’t have time to read plaques etc. Disappointed with this as we had waited a long time to visit here. I’m not sure whether this was because the driver waited for late group members which was annoying! If you’re late you shouldn’t be able to go!

Can't fault the trip. Pick up was easy enough (met at a meeting point) tour guide was great. I'd recommend wearing your comfiest shoes as its alot of walking (roughly 3+ hours on feet) from pick up to drop off was 7 hours. Stay with your tour guide as we had a few stranglers who ended up follow our group and was told to find their own group once the tour guide noticed. Mask need to be worn when entering buildings

Dont use this service but go to the Musuem

The Museum was absolutely amazing but the tour service - I do NOT recommend. I took the train to meet them at the Musuem because I got sick on a bus/car. So I called to ask if they could send me the ticket so I could go in earlier and they were not helpful at all. For sure use another service for this.

We are very sorry that you felt unwell during the trip. Due to the pandemic, we have difficulties due to the limitations of the number of people in the museum. We buy tickets and reserve guides for specific times and we are not able to change them.

A trip to Auschwitz was a very well organised tour. Starting from the driver, the minibus and finishing with the support Viator gave us. I did not even get to the guide, he was excellent! A real professional with lots of knowledge to share and discuss, very attentive and encouraging discussions with the participants. Therefore, special thanks to him once again! On the other hand the only thing we were missing is a bit longer breaks to grab a coffee or use a bathroom. Other than that everything was splendid! Greetings from Lithuania!

Lifetime experience, tour had some issues.

To visit Auschwitz it is time life experience, definitely worth it. About the tour operator, we had some issues, first our original booking time was last minute changed, and we had to change our plans, then the driver arrived at least 15 minutes late. The tour guide in the concentration camp was really knowledgeable, it is a crowded place so you are basically running from one place to another, but this is nobody’s fault. Think twice if you have a little kid since you walk a lot outside and there are no pauses or lunch breaks. Be prepared for a long day and plan for some rest the next day ;).

It was a Very good service - but a lunch break would have been Even Better. The driver and tour guide was excellente, so I can only recommend to go with this company.
