Our guide told us a lot of interesting and shocking backstories and facts. She knew a lot about the history and I highly suggest to book a trip. Unfortunately our hotel was out of the pick up zone so we had to pay for a taxi to come to a location where we were picked up.

We had a very informative, compassionate guide who took her time explaining and asking us to use our imaginations as to what it must have been like for all these people and the treatment of them.

We booked trip to Awschwitz couple days before the trip with hotel pick up and time 8.40.. Night before the trip we were inform than they can't collect from hotel and we have to go to meeting point which we have no glue where is and took the extra time to find because we are not local .Also time čas change to 8.15 from 8 40 that was not suit us because we have no time for breakfast (our hotel breakfast time 8-11am) On the trip we had twice 15min break to go to toilet but not to seat for cafe or snack ... Bus driver told than "cleaning the bus is too expensive " no food allowed..Understanding ! The english talking lady guide was so good . We had a good experience .

Museum guide was good - transfer not great

The guide we had at the museum was excellent - Dorota I think her name was. She had a nice, respectful style and explained things very well. Unfortunately the driver was late, rather rude and there was nobody wearing masks inside the packed tiny vehicle with no fresh air.

Although they dont know which tour guide you're gonna get, ours was a very passionate respectful local woman with more than 20 years of experience. She was definitely the best part of the tour. Also our driver Marcel was really nice and the transportation service was excellent. The vehicle was super clean and everything ran on time.

Unforgetable

The driver was very entertaining and kind on the way to Auschvitz, he ensured we are well taken care of. The experience in the museum is beyond words, the numbers are abstract, millions were killed, but when you see the mountains of shoes, luggages, croaches and hair left behind it's a vivid image of horrors too appalling to aknowledge.

Tour arrangements were clear. Driver was on time, courteous and clear about the arrangements for the day. Tour itself was informative guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. Trip is essential to recognise the atrocities carried out in Poland and to gain an understanding of what the Jewish people experienced. Very respectful, would recommend the trip. Make sure you include Birkenau as well as Auschwitz to really gain understanding
