So upset. We booked this trip because it had a great rating and it said maximum of 8 people in van. We had 17 people and many stops before we could get started on the trip. I paid for something I did not get and that is frustrating beyond.

Pick up on time, very knowledgable driver who explained what the day consisted of. Very busy at the camp, but we were informed of what we needed to do each step of the way. Down side not enough time to appreciate each part, felt like we were in and out very quickly.

This tour was organised with KrakowTrip via Viator. The tour was very well managed, the transport was comfortable and the driver was very knowledgeable and told us much about Poland in the run up to the countries occupation. The visit to Auschwitz 1 and Auschwitz 2/Birkenau was a very moving experience and it is only when you see the size of the latter in particular that you fully appreciate the scale and horror of the Nazi operation. It would be entirely wrong to say the visit was enjoyable rather it is a must see to ensure that what happened there never happens again. Thoroughly recommend this tour with this operator.
