The tour guide didn't talk at all. They are also overcharging for the experience. The NASA space center exhibit is only $30 per adult if you drive yourself but the tour charges $84.99 just for the transportation. They literally drop you off at 11 am. and leave you there until 4:30p.m Also they only offer 1 city tour at 10 a.m. if you miss the tour you are not refunded. The tour guides are rude and uncomprehensive. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere!!!!

Use of same bus (as shown while booking) would have better, a offer of cold bottle of water would have been better, (outside temperature was 91 and tour was on open bus)

Was great serving you , for that reason we always offer air conditioned waiting areas and offer water before you get on board our buses. This was a summer outdoor activity ,and part of the experience is enjoy unobstructed views of city's architecture, art and culture. For your comfort we also offer evening City tours.

Dear guest , City tour service requires a minimum of participants and we tried several times to contact you via e mail and phone messages ,to offer more tour times and options, unfortunately your phone was not taking messages or calls. We look forward to serving you in the near future.

They cancelled my tour the day before via email. I didn’t see it because it was buried in spam. So I still showed up. And when I got there they let me know it was cancelled but that I could walk around in the tunnels.

Wonderful experience!

We normally avoid touristy things like this, but Houston's size was overwhelming me and it seemed like an interesting way to grasp the city. Our guide was phenomenal and integral to us getting the most out of a quick visit to such an immense and diverse place. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Houston. Thank you so much for the experience.
