The boat was under powered and isn’t the same as the photos shown on the website and to finish off with a helicopter ride that barely left the ground for literally no more than 5 minutes this is a poor package deal and well over priced for what you get for your money. I wouldn’t use the site again so disappointed !!!!!!!!

Hi Donald, thanks for your feedback...and sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. However, I am not really sure why you are critical of the vessel you were in. We were using our 'Paradise 1' boat on that day. It has plenty of power with a turbo charged 440HP engine.It is one of our main vessels and has taken over 200,000 passengers for us without complaints. Also, regarding the duration of Helicopter ride; The package you purchased included a 5 minute Heli flight. Customers are able to upgrade to 10minute or 15minute flights if they wish to take a longer flight. Again, I am sorry that we failed in satisfying you. Best regards Tony

Exciting, enjoyable and excellent! Thrilling experience on the jet boat and helitour for my family. 4 kids aged 4 to 12 enjoyed it very much. But prepared to be wet even with their thick raincoat. We got to see the dolphins jumping over the water and kangaroos hopping into the jungle during the jetboat ride. Good customer service. They accommodated to our pick up location request. We took helicopter ride about 4.40pm. They even stayed after 5pm to send us back.

C’est un cadeau que j’ai offert à un couple d’amis partis en vacances. Mon amie appréhendait fortement la sortie en hydroglisseur, elle m’a rapporté qu’elle avait pleuré avant même que ça ne commence ! Lol ! Cependant son ressenti final est qu’elle a beaucoup ri, une pointe de peur au ventre mais c’est vite oublié ! Ce qu’ils ont apprécié aussi, c’est la visite des quartiers riches avec explications. Très intéressant ! En ce qui concerne la sortie en hélicoptère, je peux vous dire qu’elle s’en souviendra longtemps ! Pourquoi ? Il lui a demandé sa main 😱 c’était super et ils gardent tous deux des souvenirs impérissables.
