Unfortunately, too many problems; weather, tour van too small, areas within park closed off and inexperienced tour guide.

Hi Britt, thanks for leaving your feedback with us. It's always appreciated. After speaking with our guiding team and reviewing park closures and fellow-reviews from your trip we noticed that a few aspects of your review are misleading. For example, the park is currently fully-open and there are no areas within the park that are closed off or inaccessible - especially within our operating destinations. On your tour we were able to visit each and every planned stop. You also mentioned that our vehicle was too small for your liking, even though we still had two open seats. If there wasn't enough space for you personally, we'd love to have you on one of our Private Tours so we can ensure you plenty of room next time! Although Nick is new to our team, his years of experience in this field and others is hardly worthy of labeling him as "inexperienced". We're excited for his potential with us and he has already received several positive reviews, we're happy that he is representing us so well. As I understand he even went out of his way to especially accommodate you and your companion by dropping you off directly at your hotel following the tour, something he is unrequited and unpaid to do. I'm glad we were able to connect on the phone so I was able to explain that to you, but apologize since our call was suddenly disconnected for some weird reason...feel free to call us back if you have any other concerns or constructive criticisms!

Awesome trip and great value for money! Used this service for our first trip to Colorado and first trip to a national park. Our guide was so knowledgeable! We were able to stop in Lyons and in Estes Park for lunch. Great option for those with a short amount of time and for those who are new to the area!
