Dallas and JFK Full-Day Tour with Sixth Floor Museum and Oswald Rooming House

First of all, Dan the guide for the Dallas tour was amazing. Polite, friendly, intelligent and accommodating. Matthew Graybeal, the second guide for the JFK tour was a different story. He lied about the AC since it was broke. He kept acting like it was on when hot air was blowing and burning our legs. He was sarcastic, making immature jokes and political jabs , the latter was unacceptable. He even his asked for tips to take his wife out for her birthday. He also skipped a part of our tour(viewing Oswald’s boarding house) and left us with only one hour to view the museum before it closed. He also stated that Dallas was unsafe and to definitely be gone from downtown by 7pm at the latest. Not a comment a tour guide should make. He behavior was not acceptable on many levels. Him putting us in a sweltering van after telling us it was cool in there. He finally admitted the AC was not working in over 100 degree heat, at the pushing of us when we kept asking for him to do something, to include getting us another van which he quickly said was not possible. He was an obnoxious, annoying guide. Wish we had Dan for the entire day instead of this immature idiot.

Awesome, we had a great time. Our tour guide Matt gave a fantastic experience. Very well informed of the history and time that happened, quick-witted, and made the tour fun, exciting, and enjoyable.

The tour was incredible. Our guides were very informative about the things we were touring and what took place at that time. Would definitely recommend.

My guide Matt was amazing but the JFK part speaks for itself- a jaw-dropping, stomach-turning experience! Lots of other fun places for an out-of-towner along the way. Only negative feedback: the tour advertises that you get 6th Floor Museum access but thus us not available in a Monday or Tuesday. To be fair they refunded me this portion but it should be noted on the itinerary.

JFK all the info gave you lots to think about or read more on your own. Dallas really interesting also love hearing the history of the city.

The tour guide was awesome I believe his name was Antonio. He arrive on time, was very helpful and knowledgeable

Johnny was wonderful!!! He knew so much about Dallas and he was so good with his guest. Johnny was funny at times. It was well worth the money! Thank you Johnny.

Enjoyed the tour however wouldnt suggest doing the full day tour as it turned out to be two different tours that overlapped so covered a bit of the same information.
