  • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. In winter months or cold temperatures, warm clothes and gloves are recommended. In severe weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel the tour and rebook you.

  • No high heels. Please wear comfortable shoes.
  • Not suitable for pregnant women
  • Please arrive at our store 15 minutes before the tour departure time for check-in and training. We will try our best to accommodate latecomers to the next available tour but we cannot guarantee availability. If not possible, we reserve the right to charge in full.
  • You are not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Near public transportation
  • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Most travelers can participate
  • You must be able to stand for the duration of the tour and step up/down from the Segway with ease i.e. bend your knees lightly
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

The initial briefing and practise session were ideal. We then headed out into the city with our guide Ballina (apologies if I've spelt that incorrectly), receiving a commentary throughout through radio headsets. Ballina did a fantastic job, providing loads of really interesting and relevant information that really brought the city to life for us. The route was ideal and, although you do mix with other traffic in the bike lanes fairly frequently, the briefing and guidance throughout meant that we felt comfortable at all times. We had a 'pit stop' about half way through in one of the city's squares, which was ideal. We absolutely loved the tour and we're buzzing about it for hours afterwards. Would wholeheartedly recommend the tour and this company in particular. Fantastic all round.

Great Segway Experience with Minor Hiccups

It was our first experience on a Segway in Copenhagen. The guide was able to teach the group how to ride it eaisky and was patient. The radios though, sometimes played up and there weren't enough rain ponchos to cover everyone's size. However, overall it was fun. Highly recommend, especially if you are on a tight schedule!

Great guide, you hit a lot of the Copenhagen highlights in just 2 hours. Segway was not difficult to ride, there is a short lesson and practice session at the beginning. Everyone in the group picked it up quickly.

My husband and I went on this tour while the kids were at school. We were a little nervous at first because we've never been on a segway before (well technically he did go on one for 5 mins around 10 years back! But surely this is different). I want to start by saying that we had a great guide - Sabina. She made us super comfortable, gave a nice tutorial, was very patient (I can be very clumsy and hence was quite nervous), and very considerate through the trip. It was an added advantage that not only did she know Alot about the area but that she was super witty, making the tour even more fun. We've been in Copenhagen for a bit and have travelled here before so a lot of places were very familiar but it was a lot of fun seeing them again in this new way and with great guidance. One watch-out is that it can get a little tiring as you are standing all this while. We are both quite large and are on a fitness journey so while we had to take a couple of breaks, it was not uncomfortable. However, had we done it a year or so back when we were quite unfit physically then probably it would have not been as much fun. Again, just my guess... Definitely better than walking or cycling the same distance. So, overall a fun experience. Learnt something new and had a great time on a weekday seeing the city at non rush hours. Definitely recommend for others too!
