Unreliable

Pathetic and unreliable service. We had booked the tour thru this company and for reason we couldn’t reach on time, all we asked them was to reschedule our trip for the next day, and they couldn’t do that. Apparently they couldn’t reach the local tour company for 24 hrs of following up. Same reason they have for 5 times. We asked them to refund the money finally or give us an email where we can reach out, they couldn’t provide that as well. Please never book Thru them. You will loose money.
