Chicago Four Hour North and South Sides Tour
, Jun 2019
We took the four hour tour of Chicago's South and North sides. We were very disappointed to learn that our tour was on a small "trolley", rather than a bus. The trolley had movable plastic for "windows" on much of the bus, which made picture taking through them nearly impossible. The seats were hard wooden slats, rather than cushioned seats and backs, which made for a very sore bottom and back after four hours.
Not Great
, Apr 2019
I really cannot recommend this tour. It is not really a guided tour since there is a bus driver (who is doing his best) who announces the attractions but no guide to comment or provide information or stories. The plastic windows on the bus make it hard to see. Also if you are traveling solo you may be asked to exit the bus if you are the only traveler on the second half of the tour.
Best overall view of Chicago!

Anton provided exceptional, useful pointers to all of us as he expertly took us thru the major points of interest in Chicago. He is a great photographer, helping us get the perfect pictures fronting Lake Michigan with the Chicago skyline in the background! We had first time and newly relocated residents of Chicago in our group and all of us came away with insights and appreciation for the windy city! Grayline provided easy access and return thru the Palmer Hotel with the very helpful and polite Valerie!
You have a huge scope of improvement!😎

The overall trip is ok. It's good that you guys try to cover the whole city, but the tour could be more interactive and you could add a couple more photo-stops where the tourists can get down for a couple of minutes. Thanks.
Not comprehensible!

The driver spoke very fast which made it very difficult to understand him so we missed about 80% of the narrative.
Sightseeing on Mute

This tour would have been wonderful if we could hear and/or understand the driver. We got to see a lot but did not get any facts. Not worth $50 per person

Antoine was a great guide. He was informative, funny, and aimed to please. It was a thoroughly comprehensive tour.
Could not understand the commentary
, Aug 2018
I could not understand the commentary. The volume was ok, but the words were not distinct. All the passengers were complaining. The bus was not comfortable. The seats were hard and the window coverings were plastic - either open or closed. Hot when closed or extremely windy when open.
Family Trip
, Aug 2018
This tour was a great way to see several areas of Chicago without the hassle of driving ourselves. Anton was an excellent tour guide giving lots of information and interacting with the riders with a touch of humor.
Chicago Grand Tour
, Jul 2018
The north side of Chicago was very interesting and impressive. The second part or the southside of Chicago was a Black History Lesson and was of little interest to us.
