Great facilities. Disappointed we weren’t able to attend the Shedd aquarium due to miss leading information.

The Field Museum and Sky deck employees were amazing and very helpful. The facilities had so many great adventures my family and I enjoyed them all. All though were weren’t able to experience the Shedd aquarium because when I purchased the city passes. I specifically asked customer service if I had to make separate reservations to attend any of the facilities listed on the pass. I was told no and given the hours of operation during my stay for the weekend.

Saves money and time

Using the pass saved my friend and I a lot of money to see the museums we went to. I made sure to reserve spots in advance at any museum that had them. It made lines faster at most places and way easier to keep track of one pass than multiple tickets.

Completely awful experience wasted my money

When we ordered our passes, we were under the impression that all of the places we wanted to visit were open and available for entry. We reserved our tickets for Tuesday the 16th thinking that we could only use them that day. There was no indication on the website that all 3 of the places we wanted to visit were closed on Tuesday. When we called to inquire, a non English speaking person answered and communication was impossible and frustrating. We called a second time and finally got someone who could answer our questions and informed us that even though almost all the places included on the pass were closed, we weren’t going to be able to get a refund on the our wasted $730. This was an experience all of us were looking forward to. We were excited to visit the art museum, science museum, and the 360 sky deck. All of which were closed. Your website should have let us know when we selected our tickets for Tuesday that all of these things were unavailable for that day. The only place we got to visit was the Shedd aquarium. It was enjoyable, but the fact that this company was so dismissive of our experience was a complete slap in the face and a waste of money. Our family would advise that anyone looking into this for their family choose another option. This company is a complete disgrace and is inconsiderate of its customers. Even the attendant at the Shedd Aquarium said they were useless and didn’t inform their clients of these issues, which have apparently been a continuous problem. Unbelievable.

Worth the $

This pass is totally worth it because it will save you $$. If you are visiting during COVID I suggest you call the attractions first to make sure they are open and some attractions require booking a reservation. Just coordinate your tours and you should be set.

Now during Covid-19 all needs to be on line and support is weak from venues -it is a bit frustrating but all good
icon Response from Host , Oct 2020
I apologize for any inconveniences or glitches you experienced. The attractions are working hard to adapt to new requirements and to ensure visitor safety, and we and they definitely appreciate your patience!
