We love taking the Hop on Hop Off Tours. This covers the main route of where you want to go downtown. Reason for only 3 stars is that the bus only comes once an hour. Also in January bus was FREEZING!! Seemed to have no heat.

Operator did not run on the date booked, no contact was made to inform of this change even though the form indicated that it was running, waited for over 1 hour for a bus. I contacted the operator the next day and was advised that no service was on the day of booking - very poor

We have done a few Big Bus tours but it was good to have a tour guide on this one rather than the audio commentary. He was enthusiastic, welcoming us to the bus and finding out where we had visited from. This gave the tour a friendly feel. We found out a lot about the main areas in the city and extra snips of information too. The only downside was the wait for some of the buses at a few of the stops (as it was very cold). It would be good to have a tracker on the app so you could locate the next bus to srrive (as the CTA buses have).
