) was not efficient and good with follow through. Some parts of the booking was not delivered as promised.Also, a bit rude in answering contact number provided when I called for verification/clarification day before tour. Call was disconnected and I got a text message “ who is this” As it is a tour company, I should be answered by mentioning the company and a greeting.
The tour organization was good and the sites were worth seeing but what made it more meaningful was a tour guide who was very knowledgeable/ efficient/ professional and informative.I fact - checked him and he was spot on!
Also, we had a good and safe driver who was accommodating and helpful. Our TG was Rory and our driver was Francis. They made a big difference in making the tour an enjoyable one for us. They are assets to Viator.

Enjoyed visiting this place. It was a little bit hot but It was worth it.
We went all over the town.
Mar, our tour guide attended our needs. He was always prompt . We toured just us and Mar, but he made us safe and comfortable.

Very good tour! Visited a lot OF tourist spots in Cebu ! Value for money ! The driver is not a tour guide . He does much . The foods at House OF Le was good TOP except the lechon akin was not crunchy but the scalopps where Timmy !

We are sorry about the misunderstanding. However, as we specified in the inclusions, this package will have a driver that will serve as a tour guide to guide you in the destinations and tourist sites listed who can also help you take pictures if you will ask him.
A DOT-accredited tour guide is also available upon request but must be schedule at least 3 days before the tour for additional cost. Thank you.

Be sure to make an early start on this tour. There is so much to see. Be prepared for lots of travelling time because of the heavy traffic. We started our trip in the hills and worked down. Probably the best idea as we avoided the morning traffic around Lapu Lapu City. Really enjoyed the lunch at House of Lechon. Definitely try one of their desserts. A very tiring day but well worth the effort. Our competent driver made the trip so much less stressful.
