You have to try it!

Diego was AWESOME. He made sure we all had a unique experience and made sure we did everything smoothly and on time. This is a must of a trip to see a side of Cancun away from the hotels and noise.

The cenote was really refreshing and horseback riding and the atvs had a nice trail. All of the workers were super nice and helpful especially on the zip line . There was always something to do and we felt taken care of

Great

We really enjoyed our experience. The zip line into the cenote was the best part by far. Horseback riding was slow walking behind each other. Diego one of our tour guides made the experience fun with the zip lines. We don’t drink but we still enjoyed the history of tequila. The only reason that I gave it four stars instead of five was that I was under the impression that water was included, it is if you want to buy it so bring tons and tons of water.

Nice but no food really included

Everything was great and done in a timely manner. Only thing is they include two tacos at the end and you pay for the water the whole way.

We had an amazing time !! This package was the perfect addition to our stress free vacation. I loved that they offered a vegetarian taco as part of the lunch included promotion

Would have had more time fir each. More driving than anything! ATV should only be one person per ATV. As it was not comfortable. Nor were they made for two. But i did truly enjoy myself as the other two people did.

“Extreme Experience” is extremely disappointing

I contacted AmEx Platinum concierge expecting an above average experience at minimum. Both I and my Viator agent were surprised at the price, but booked anyway. The shuttle van was crowded and lacking in decent AC, and while the location of the horseback riding was a polo field, we rode a lap around it and that was it. We were then herded onto a smaller bus and taken to a second venue where we were given a tequila tasting for 30 min which was just a sales pitch to buy tequila from them. Then we were rushed onto a third bus to go to the cenote after my fiancé an I told them we were NOT swimming. There for an hour, and onto a fourth bus back to where we had the tasting to ride the zip line (decent) and the ATVs (decent) but those were short circuited by their photographer having to rush ahead of us so he could photograph us and later try to sell us the photos. The tacos at the end were ok, but water was for sale and not included. Onto one last poorly air conditioned bus and back to the resort. I’ve had great experiences with Viator in the past, and I trusted your choice and recommendation here, and I will think twice about using Viator, even via AmEx, in the future. And as a 20+ year AmEx platinum card holder, I will be sharing this review with them as well.

Avoid this company
Stacey_N

Avoid this company at all costs! First, they failed to pick us up. Our group was standing in the front for the time that was given, after waiting for 15 mins outside. Waited in the lobby. Never saw a van pull up or did they call when they arrived. We had to pay $100 for a taxi to drive us to the polo field. The ATV ride was beyond bumpy, 2 in our group have bruises from the ride. We were told lunch was free, they charged us $50. Want a drink? $7/ each. Zip line photos, pay over $100 for those. This place nickels and dimes you everywhere you go!

Loved the ATV the most,...

Loved the ATV the most, wished the horses could go faster. Albert, and the whole team were very accommodating. Very conscious of covid and offered mask, hand sanitizer and hand washing stations.
