Our tour guides were incredibly informative, communicative in both English and Spanish, and extremely fun. The four times 1 Excursion is an extremely long day but they make it Go by very quickly and take care of every concern and question you may have. Despite other comments, they do offer bottled water and beer and soda throughout the day. The time is ample in each of the attraction sites. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to maximize a full 14 hours of a day with 4 amazing archaeological and site attractions in and around Cancun.

Had an excellent time? Very ponctuel and respectful. Very informative! Dont hesitate. Had a chance to do all the things we were suppose to do. Make sure to have a good pair of walking shoes!

No puedo opinar de la excursión porque nos dejaron colgados. Cuando llegaron al hotel a recogernos nos dijeron que sólo tenían confirmados dos adultos y eramos dos adultos y dos niños. Que no tenían sitio para nosotros y que se iban. Nadie se puso en contacto conmigo. Mi reserva en papel estaba correcta. Aunque fué culpa de entendimiento entre Viator y los de la excursión nosotros nos quedamos colgados en el hotel. Tuve que llamar yo para pedir una solución y la solución fue que me devolvieron el dinero pero el día fastidiado también nos lo llevamos nosotros. Con un simple taxi lo hubieran solucionado. No lo volveré a contratar.
