Overview

Very disappointing we booked weeks before our trip and our booking was confirmed then a week later it was cancelled. The tour company then contacted us and said the had space for us so we re-booked, then at 10.30pm the night before our trip we got a message saying it had again been cancelled. So we had to rush around the next morning to book a different trip to do on that day. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Kayak itself, it was really fun for us Guide also has humor it was kind of nice guy.
But discontent is two.
One
Why was not there Japanese guide?
Two
I have dropped into the river an important video camera from canoe. We were promised that the guide search later. I handed to him E-mail address also I am waiting for reply, but he still has not reply me. Please sure find out because it is a video camera that precious memories are jammed.

Thank you for your feedback! We are glad to hear you enjoyed your overall tour experience. Although many of our tour operators employ multi-lingual guides, this particular tour supplier unfortunately does not currently offer a Japanese-speaking tour guide. Additionally, it is always recommend that all valuables are secured prior to the adventure to ensure they are not damaged or lost. Our tour guides have dived down where you reported your camera was dropped into the river at no additional cost to you, but unfortunately they have not be able to locate your camera.
