Your tour begins with pickup from your Bali hotel in time for a 7am or 1pm departure (depending on tour option chosen) and a transfer to the Wapa di Ume restaurant in Ubud. After meeting your guide, a professional chef, set out to the local market to shop for ingredients (morning tour only) and experience the buzzing atmosphere of a traditional Balinese market.

Back at the restaurant, get hands-on in the kitchen, as you chop the vegetables, blend the sauces, and prepare fresh herbs. As you whip up an array of tasty dishes, learn more about Balinese cuisine, regional dishes, and typical ingredients; discover the secrets of perfectly cooked rice; and master traditional cooking techniques. At the end of the class, sit down to tuck into a delicious home cooked lunch or dinner, then take the recipes with you so you can recreate your favorite dishes back home.

After eating, a driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
