Don't Buy - Go Directly to the Actual Attraction

It appears to be a good deal but what they don't tell you is just because you purchase a city pass doesn't mean you will get to go into any of the attractions you want to because all of them has to have a separate reservation AFTER you get your citypass. Sadly because you have purchased the tickets through the citypass, the attractions see your ticket as a third-party ticket and they push those to the end. For one attraction, with the citypass, the website showed the earliest avaiable appt is September 24th. I went back in and put in an oder directly at the attraction and I could reserve a slot for the day/time that I wanted tio. I did send in a refund request but have heard nothing. Very disappointed.

Great deal with Great Value

Enjoyed all 5 of the sites/tours on the City Pass. We went on two fairly rainy days (Feb) with no lines and hot very personal treatment. Special kudos to the College Football Hall of Fame Museum! Also loved the World of Coca Cola and the Civil Rights Museum. The Aquarium and the Fernbank Natural History Museum were more low key but calm and interesting. I think the City Pass is an outstanding bargain with great value and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Atlanta.

Hi there, I'm sorry you weren't able to visit some of the attractions. CNN Tours are permanently closed; the other attractions are all open, but may have varied hours and be closed on some days of the week. Schedules can be found on our website.

The Atlanta CityPASS from Viator was well worth the price. The only thing is that the aquarium no longer take third party passes. However, they made an exception because we were from Virginia, which is 6 hours away. There were so many exciting things to do that we did not have enough time to do everything. Trip number 2 is on the way!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback! Georgia Aquarium has been accepting CityPASS for entry since they reopened; I'm not sure why you may have been told otherwise, but I'm sorry for your experience and so glad you were able to visit.
