Adelaide Airport Private Chauffeured Transfer

• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• Transport availability is valid and guaranteed only for the specific locations as detailed in your booking. Any variation such as additional stops or change in destination / pick-up location should be advised to the Operator in advance of your transfer and may incur an additional charge.
• A maximum of 4 people is permitted per booking.
• Children under 7 years of age cannot be accommodated unless prior arrangement is made and confirmed in writing by the Operator. Due to local laws, children aged under 7 years of age are not permitted to travel unless seated in an approved child restraint.
• Wheelchair passengers requiring any additional assistance must advise the Operator in advance of their transfer.
• A maximum baggage allowance of 3 medium sized suitcases (or 2 large) and 3 carry-on bags applies to each transfer (NOT per traveler). This is the maximum luggage capacity of our vehicles.
• Unless otherwise advised, for Airport to City transfers, guests will be met by their driver in the main arrivals hall / baggage collection area. The driver will be displaying a sign with the name of the lead traveler as specified in the booking.
• With the exception of the flight arrival (specified in your booking) being delayed on an Airport to City transfer, any change to your pick-up time will be deemed a cancellation. If the schedules allow it and the new time is within 3 hours of the original booked time, the changed pick-up time will be accommodated without charge. Any changed pick-up time that cannot be accommodated will be deemed a cancellation and the full charge will still apply.
• Additional charges may apply for transfers scheduled between 10pm and 0559AM and will be payable direct to the Operator in advance of your transfer.
• With the exception of plastic bottled water, food and beverages cannot be consumed inside our vehicles.
• Whenever possible, please re-confirm your booking direct with the Operator at least a couple of hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

• Infant seats are available on request in all locations. Required seating for infants varies between States in Australia and we need to be notified at the time of booking if an infant is travelling so that we can advise accordingly.
• Service animal are allowed as long as we are notified at the time of booking.
• Only collapsible wheelchairs that can be stored like standard luggage.
• This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
