Boat Ride

Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II
The boat ride was great. The crowed conditions, not so much. When I bought my tickets it said social distancing was required. The boat was packed. Way to may people to stay 6 feet apart.

Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II
It was the best experience. The staff was so friendly. Plenty of space felt safe with COVID and people were responsible. Diversity of ages, families and ethnicity. Would highly recommend!

M.S Dixie II Sunset Dinner Cruise
Sunset cruise was perfect for the money! Food was good, drinks were better, and the Emerald Cove was awesome to see up close! The only negative for me was using a plastic fork with a regular steak knife...please give out real silverware with dinner! Overall, a must do for the money.

Relaxing, informative, and beautiful cruise

Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II
The vessel is clean and the bathrooms are well taken care of. The tour speakers are at a good volume so that it doesn't overtake all conversation to be had while cruising. There are enough seats for everyone, and of course, Tahoe never disappoints.

Nice Cruise

Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II
This was our first trip to Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed the relaxing cruise and finding out the history of the beautiful lake. It was a nice sunny day, and the snow covered mountains made some beautiful memorable pictures. Only criticism I have is while social distancing is still a must with this pandemic, there were way too many people on the boat. I witnessed some uncomfortable exchanges of words between some people because there was not enough seating for groups of people to be six feet apart.

I’d do it again and again

M.S Dixie II Sunset Dinner Cruise
Many know this already, but for those who don’t, Lake Tahoe is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. It only gets more beautiful aboard the M. S. Dixie II. Great and wonderful views from the outside decks, good food to be had for dinner, and live music to sing and dance to. I am planning on going again later in the year when the sun is up longer so we can see Emerald Bay a bit better, but going mid January was also lovely for the sunset above the lake and the clarity of the Milky Way.

M.S Dixie II Sunset Dinner Cruise
Food was very good. Excellent service. The crew was very supportive of the needs of the passengers. Loved the photo taken by the crew. The vessel could use some updating in the bathrooms. The band kept the passengers engaged. Very enjoyable experience.

Lake Tahoe's Emerald Bay Cruise on M.S. Dixie II
Stunning views of the deepest blue water I have ever seen. We saw a black bear in the wild while circling Emerald Bay! Loved every bit of the cruise! Ali

Tahoe Sunset Cruise

M.S Dixie II Sunset Dinner Cruise
The food was great, our server (young tall gentleman, dark hair) was the best. The slow pace was perfect, pictures turned out excellent. I even got to dance with my 9 year old granddaughter (I’m 70) enjoying an outstanding two man band who sounded like more.
